What's included in
our car driving lessons
We provide 60-minute driving lessons in our manual or automatic vehicles, with a debrief at the end of each lesson.
As part of our lessons, you will be trained in:
- The techniques of a system of car control.
- Defensive driving.
- How to perform all manoeuvres required for the QT Driving Test. E.g., reverse parallel parking.
Your Driver Trainer will tailor your training to take account of your individual needs.
Training for students of all ages & experience
As well as training for new drivers:
- We undertake driving refreshers.
- Corporate & medical assessments.
- We also cater for holders of overseas licences who need to upgrade to a Queensland Driver’s Licence.
- If you are with an Employment Agency, we can liaise with your Case Manager to organise lessons and book your driving test.
Licence types
There are two car licence types:
- Manual Car Licence - You can drive both manual and automatic cars.
- Automatic Car Licence- restricted to AUTOMATIC CARS ONLY.

Manual cars
We have three manual cars:
- 2 x Toyota Yaris
- 1 x Suzuki Swift
Automatic cars
We also have four automatic cars:
- Suzuki Ignis
- Mitsubishi Mirage
- Mitsubishi Lancer
- Daihatsu Charade
All vehicles have full comprehensive insurance cover and all are equipped with dual controls. All vehicles are washed and cleaned, inside and out, on a weekly basis.

Truck Lessons
We offer Medium & Heavy Rigid truck driving lessons in our two 8-tonne and 15-tonne trucks.
